HERBAL CABINET PLUS MENU:
This is the popular choice of the first time clients, slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on therapist personal style and what she wants to achieve. A session lasts approximately fifty minutes (50 mins). It is used for breaking up muscles ‘knots” or adhered tissues called adhesions. It is great for promoting relaxation and easing muscle tension.
This is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones to warm up tight muscles so she can work more deeply. This treatment is customized to meet the skin and muscle needs as it restores a vibrant, revitalized appearance
It is aimed at the deeper tissue structure of the muscle and fascia, called connective tissue. It should not hurt, however it is likely to have someone under much more ‘pressure’ than the Swedish massage. This is recommended when there are many ‘knots’ in the muscle tissue. However it may take many sessions to release chronic tension build up over a lifetime.
Basic reflexology procedure, the therapist kneads the ‘reflex’ points on the feet to promote wellness. Stimulating the feet energizes special organs and glands throughout the body increasing vitality. A session lasts about 30 minutes. It is a quickie massage when pressed for time, and one needs to be refreshed
